»In this 60 min class you will practice the skills of embracing your intuition, building your situational awareness, avoidance and de-escalation, physical combatives: knees, kicks, palm strikes, elbows, etc., and defenses from grabs, chokes, etc.

»This class is best suited for those who are age 14 and up.

»Water will be provided!
